LOVE oats


whaaaatssss up people !!   Sorry to all my fans for all these years of abandonment. (by fans i mean sorry, miguel and mom? did you ever see this mom?? =..()   I was living la vida loca.

SOOO. HABITS.  You know ,  we normally have the habit of picking up habits for self-destruction.

We form habits because is a way for us to automate certain behavior and release RAM memory from our brains to worry about other shait.  and bullshit ourselves without self judgement.

But people who actually like themselves build positive habits.:::: I will tell you a simple habit you can pick up that will change your life....readyy?!?    3.....2.......1


EAT OATS.  every morning.


WHY?  because is good for your body, for your mind, for your time , your poo, da systemz.

No matter if you are not hungry, if  "i yont like it, ña ña ña bla bla bla imma baby".... I grew up without breaking the fast and therefore became a gangsta.      This habit has changed my crazy ways.

HOW to it ?  You just make a dry mixture of oats with some other good stuff in a big tupper ware and BOOM shakalaka ! you have breakfast for a month.

Some kind of dried fruits: like cranberries, raisins, bananas, dates. coco flakes, dry fruits mixes.
Some kind of  seeds: e.g. sunflower, pumpkin seeds,  quinona , chia , flax, sesame, amaranth…
some nuts , maybe? : walnuts, almonds , cashews, hazelnuts , peanuts, pecans etc...

These last ingredients consider your region, what is there locally available?

Then , in the morning when u wake up or get to work you can just boil water , pour it over... maybe pour a bit of some non-dairy milk for the flavour and cream. OFC fresh fruits are welcome.

WARNING. if you make it right your body might force you to go on monovoric on a diet exclusively of this musli mix.  I sometimes eat it for days.  It takes some days to develop the taste... just stick to it , 21 days they say, is the right window for adopting new habits... I think is bullshait but you can try and let me know.





Take the breakfast decision out of your morning computations..... no need to spend one single second on this and no good to be starving in the morning. The body is hungry and if you give it nice things, it will give you nice things back. ..keep the oats it prepared, store it and be happy =)

No need to believe me , even smart people like Tesla reached this conclusion (he was even more fan than me).   Read his paper. :
